Adam Bero, Ph.D.

Managing Director

Adam brings deep expertise in the biotech sector, with over a decade of experience spanning investor relations, corporate strategy, and research and development.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Adam was a Managing Director at Kendall Investor Relations, where he partnered with a dozen public and private biotech companies to build and execute investor relations programs, refine their strategic initiatives, and effectively tell their story. Previously, Adam held roles of increasing responsibility across functions within Merck and Biogen, including research and development, investor relations, medical affairs, and corporate strategy, culminating in his role as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Before entering the biotech sector, Adam completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT.

Adam holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. He lives with his wife and daughter in Hopkinton, MA.
