Conor Rodriguez

Conor joined Gilmartin Group after earning his undergraduate degree at Temple University – Fox School of Business in May 2021. He spent two summers interning at Bluerock Real Estate as a REIT intern (NYSE: BRG) and a fund advisor intern for their interval fund (TI+). As a REIT intern, Conor constructed multi-family property valuations for acquisitions and refinancing within the portfolio of property holdings. As a fund advisor intern, Conor assisted the associate and senior portfolio managers in fund administration.

Conor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in corporate finance, and graduating cum laude.
