Prior to joining Gilmartin, Erik worked at Wells Fargo as part of an early-talent rotational program spanning sales, credit, and strategy, where he built credit analyses and risk assessments for middle-market companies with $100M–$2B in revenue. He previously interned with Wells Fargo Strategic Capital on the healthcare team, focusing on growth equity investments across medtech and biotech, and earlier held a capital-raising internship in the life sciences space.

Erik graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology.
